The rules are the following. I write some statement about somthing and give my evaluation of the statement - it is good or it is bad. And explain why I evaluated it that way. For example:
A lot of snow in winter - is good, because many people enjoy skiing and playing snowballs.
The next person takes the part that comes after "because" as a statement, and evaluate it with the opposite word, if it was "good", the next person writes "bad", and vice versa. In our example the following person would go:
Many people enjoy skiing and playing snowballs - that is bad, because there's no snow in some places at all.
