Everybody who wants to develop or to improve her/his speaking skills is welcome to our discussion in Skype.

lately - недавно, в последнее время - с продолженным временем не очень сочетается, естетсвенней простой перфект употреблять )

He has been working for this company ("these" is plural, множественное число).

- You have never seen such beautiful places before.

(there is no point or necessity to use Past Perfect, it's superfluous. There is no time concordance in this sentence - for example,
if the sentence was "You had never seen such beautiful places before you came to Swiss Alps", then "had" would have been appropriate.

The expression is "to DO exercises", never "make"

My Past Perfect sentenses:
1. I didn't know where located Thailand before I had vizited Phuket last summer.
2. My mother told us so many interesting about this company because she had worked here two years ago.
3. I had many problems with my boss before I had quited last week.
4. My dog growled on this man because it had remembered unfortunatelly assident which was happend last night.
5. I had had grey laptop for five years before I bought gold laptop.
6. By the time I finished my university I had had five children.
7. I had never seen dinosaurs before I came to Moscow.
8. You had always watched movie in this cinema before you moved in England.
9. I had never jumped on trampoline before I came to thic circus.

3. I had had many problems with my boss before I had quited last week. (The problems occurred before you quit. The verb 'quit' is irregular, its past form is also 'quit'.)

My Past Perfect, the second attempt.

When I arrived at the station, the train did already left.
I has finished school before I graduated from the university.
I has cut the carrots before I put them into the pan.
When she came to the office, the meeting already began.
When I saw her, I noticed that she bought a new coat.
He came to the cafe, but his girlfriend didn't arrive yet.
The rain has already stopped when they had left the shop.
We had used this system for 3 years before we had switched to a new one.
He decides to walk there after he had checked the bus schedule.
He couldn't find her because she had left already the office.

USE 2 Cause of Something in the Past

11 She had not been visiting the training because she had no time any more.
12 You had quitted the exercises because you saw no result.
13 The protest had been continued because the negotiations did not take place.
14 The fire had been extinguishing because firemen came.
15 Somebody had been tried to rapier his car for himself because the car station was closed.
16 I had been cleaning the apartment because I expected the quests.

USE 2 Cause of Something in the Past

11 She had not been visiting did not visit (or, stopped attending) the training because she had no time any more. (I don't see a need for Past Perfect here.)
12 You had quitted the exercises because you saw had seen no results.
13 The protest had been continued because the negotiations did not take hadn't taken place.
14 The fire had been extinguishing was extinguished [Passive form] because firemen came had come. (Past Perfect, because it's not a long action.)
15 Somebody had been was tried to rapier repair his car for himself because the car station was had been being closed.
16 I had been cleaning cleaned the apartment because I expected had been expecting the guests.
17 You had been swimming swam because you wanted to loose your weight. (No need for using Past Perfect Continuous here, because there's no tense concordance here.)
18 People had been working worked because they wanted to see results.
19 A Scientist had been developing developed new material because the industry needed it.
20 The girl had been running ran because she wanted to be in time.
