It`s a famous prayer, and all its words are brilliant.
But is it possible to follow them?
To my mind – it`s impossible, at least for me. I did my best to love and to help other people, but I felt really unhappy and terribly tired and needed help myself.
Now I am sure that it was a wrong way for me and it was beyond my strength.
The only words that I can agree now are:

For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardonning that we are pardoned.

And what is your opinion of this text?

You are complaining:

I know this feelings. I have told myself, I must not help the world, just the nearest people. And I must not wait, that those people will be thankful. I help for the helping itself, just in the name of God. I like to make something better.The best gift for me is convalescing or advance of somebody. Not gratefulness. People are ungrateful. There is rank nayword : Goog is blameworthy(Добро наказуемо, или, добро не остаётся безнаказанным).

I can say you are too sad.
To my opinion, the noble spritual state which is demanded for such life style is assesible to a few people.
I must not try to do feats which are above my strength - I know now where does this wrong way lead to.

I think that people are not always grateful, but our life is pleasant. It`s difficult sometimes, but rather interesting.
Above all, it`s nesessary to make some people be kind and grateful - it`s not good for them to be so bad and silly!
